HumanX’s Interactive Sessions

Not all AI events are built equal, and HumanX 2025 was living proof of that. From designing our program for today’s AI executives to hosting curated networking opportunities onsite, there were many ways we set ourselves apart from your average conference. But one particular offering stood out among our industry-defining experiences, transforming HumanX from a conference to a hub of experiential learning and networking: our Interactive Sessions. 

When the HumanX team first began drafting ideas for add-on sessions, we knew we wanted to provide something that few other events do: access. That is, access to the expert speakers and innovators who are leading the next wave of AI development. Simply attending our speakers’ sessions and observing them onstage wasn’t enough; we wanted to make good on our promise of real, actionable strategies related to AI–and what better way to get them than directly from the source? 

So we got work, creating a supplemental agenda of 100 new sessions in addition to our current 2025 schedule. These sessions–from Q&A’s to roundtable discussions–would be capped at 15-30 attendees at a time to ensure maximum engagement, would seamlessly weave into our onstage programming, AND would be helmed by some of the biggest and brightest speakers we had onboard. We truly believed that we had something special at our disposal, and we couldn’t wait for the HumanX premiere to see how many professionals would take advantage of this immersive experience. Little did we know that our Interactive Sessions would wind up being some of our most in-demand and well-attended programs throughout the entire conference.

And that’s only the tip of the AI iceberg. Attendees loved the chance to speak and ask questions directly with our speakers, as well as the chance to witness AI innovations in action throughout the various demos. 

Overall we are thrilled with the turnout and reception of our Interactive Sessions, and we like to think that we delivered an experience unlike any other–one where you can learn the best, from the best. In an AI landscape that is ever-evolving, best practices are what will help us keep afloat and continue building toward a greater future.
