What is Peer [X]change?

Peer [X]change brings together up to 30 senior leaders in an intimate, closed-door setting for high-value, moderated discussions that go far beyond networking. Each session is built around a single functional theme—such as marketing, operations, finance, or product—and designed to turn candid dialogue into tangible outcomes. Additional editions include a Women@HumanX Peer [X]change and a CEO Exchange focused on cross-industry leadership in the age of AI.

What's the Goal?

To create an environment where decision-makers can engage in practical, solution-driven conversations with others facing similar challenges, and walk away with frameworks they can immediately apply inside their organizations.

Who Should Participate?

Executives and functional leaders (VP-level and above) responsible for implementing or governing AI across their lines of business—spanning marketing, finance, HR, operations, product, and strategy—as well as select founders and C-suite leaders shaping the AI roadmap for their companies.
