Amir Kabir is the Founder and Managing Partner of Overlook Ventures, a San Francisco–based early-stage venture firm investing in companies building the infrastructure for managing risk in the age of AI. The firm backs founders ahead of product–market fit, developing systems that measure, price, and manage risk across financial and physical markets. Previously, Amir was a founding team member of Munich Re Ventures, where he helped scale the venture platform from $50M to over $1B in assets under management and invested across fintech and enterprise infrastructure.
