Johan Land is chief product officer at Samsara, where he leads the teams building physical AI to keep the world's frontline operations safer, sharper, and running better. Under his leadership, Samsara was named to the TIME100 Most Influential Companies of 2026. Johan's career spans product leadership roles at Waymo, Google, and YouTube, and he previously served as chief product officer at TomTom and Kobalt Music. He has been a board member at Superbet since 2021. Johan holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an M.S. from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
