How long you have been at HumanX: Since August 2024

What’s your background, and what brought you to HumanX?

I have 15+ years of experience building sponsorship programs and executive communities across AI, cybersecurity, fintech, healthcare, and emerging technologies, partnering with enterprise brands and C-suite leaders at global media and conference organizations including ISMG, Internet of Business, World Congress, and UBM Life Sciences.

I joined HumanX because I deeply respect the caliber of events our co-founders have built, curated rooms, industry leaders, and conversations that actually move the market forward.

What are you most excited about for this year’s HumanX event?

The moments where it really clicks, and how much bigger it’s gotten in year two. You can feel the momentum. The room is larger, the conversations are sharper, and the stakes are higher because AI has moved from “interesting” to mission-critical. What excites me most is seeing that growth show up in real ways: more senior leaders, more leading brands sponsoring, and more honest, off-script conversations about what’s actually working. It feels less like a conference and more like a turning point.

What’s been your favorite HumanX moment so far?

Watching the HumanX billboard light up Times Square with the team was a real pinch-me moment. Seeing our name up there, together, wasn’t just cool, it felt earned. A true we did this moment that captured how far HumanX has come in such a short time and the momentum we’re building.

How has AI changed the way you work?

AI has made me faster and sharper. It takes care of the busywork and first drafts so I can spend more time on strategy and relationships, the parts of the job that actually move things forward. It’s not about replacing how I think; it’s about tightening the loop between generating ideas and acting on them.

What’s a skill or lesson you’ve learned while working at HumanX?

Adapting and pivoting quickly. In a fast-growing startup, direction can change often, and learning to stay flexible, make decisions with imperfect information, and keep momentum has been essential.

What’s one playlist or podcast that gets you through the day?

Right now it’s Vampire Weekend Radio on repeat.

What’s something on your desk that tells us a little bit about you?

An unreasonable number of fun pens and hot pink lipsticks. Equal parts organized chaos and personality.
