What is Peer [X]change?
Peer [X]change brings together up to 30 senior leaders in a closed-door setting for focused, moderated discussions that actually move past the usual networking noise.
Each session is built around a single functional theme, such as marketing, operations, finance, or product, and designed to turn candid dialogue into tangible outcomes. Additional editions include a Women@HumanX Peer [X]change and a CEO Exchange focused on cross-industry leadership in the age of AI.
HOW IT WORKS
WHAT'S THE GOAL?
To create an environment where decision-makers can engage in practical, solution-driven conversations with peers facing similar challenges, and leave with frameworks they can immediately apply within their organisations.
WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE?
Executives and functional leaders (VP level and above) responsible for implementing or governing AI across their business areas — marketing, finance, HR, operations, product, and strategy — as well as select founders and C-suite leaders shaping their organisation’s AI roadmap.
THE FORMAT
Small-group discussions (up to 30 participants) moderated by an industry expert or journalist.
Sessions are aligned by function or leadership focus (Women in AI, CEO Exchange, etc.).
A 45-minute interactive conversation built around a defined theme and guided by pre-set questions.
