HumanX Amsterdam SolutionBridge Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Complimentary ticket
HumanX’s SolutionBridge Programme provides one (1) complimentary, all-access ticket for each qualifying participant to attend HumanX, 22-24 September 2026, at RAI Amsterdam. This includes access to the exhibit hall, content sessions, and networking experiences.
2. Qualifications:
To qualify for the programme, individuals must:
(a) be a senior-level executive involved in purchasing, evaluating, or influencing AI or technology solution decisions within their organization
(b) agree to take eight (8) 15-minute 1:1 onsite pre-scheduled meetings with participating sponsors in the SolutionBridge Programme. The 8 meeting minimum is mandatory and all meetings must take place in the SolutionBridge Lounge with participating sponsors to get credit. The goal of these meetings is to facilitate meaningful discovery and dialogue — not sales commitments — and ensure value for both sides.
3. Meeting Times:
You agree to hold the below time blocks (CET) for scheduling until your personalized SolutionBridge schedule is released a few days before the event. Your final set of eight (8) 15-minute 1:1 meetings may be spread across various times of the two days of dedicated time blocks for programme meetings, and they may not all be back-to-back.

- Wednesday, 23 September from 10:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-3:45pm
- Thursday, 24 September from 10:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-3:45pm
4. Travel Arrangements:
Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodations. Hotel room blocks near near RAI Amsterdam are available on a first-come basis. We do not guarantee the availability of our hotel room block and recommend booking early.
5. Programme Participation:
HumanX will contact you approximately four weeks before the event to arrange your meetings through the SolutionBridge Platform, hosted within the HumanX app. At that time, you’ll be asked to complete a few simple steps to finalize your participation:
a) log into the HumanX app to activate your account,
b) complete your profile to help us match you with the right sponsors,
c) select your meeting preferences so the system can schedule eight (8) quality meetings, and
d) attend your scheduled meetings onsite in the SolutionBridge Lounge at HumanX.
If your plans change, please let us know by 24 August. Participants who haven’t logged into the platform by 8 September may be considered cancellations and subject to the terms in Section 8. After the event, we’ll ask you to share brief feedback and rate your meetings to help us continue improving the programme.
You understand your commitment to participate in the SolutionBridge Programme is important to the success of the Event and we rely on your commitment. Unresponsiveness or inaction to our stated deadlines and requirements included in our outreach to you may result in (a) your participation may be canceled and eligibility for future programmes reviewed (in our sole discretion), (ii) the cancellation fees outlined herein. Further, participation in the programme requires attendance of the Event, which means you must abide by all of our Terms of Attendance, and which may be amended by HumanX from time to time and are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
6. One-to-One Meetings:
To maintain the integrity of the programme, we do not permit requests to combine meetings with other individuals from your organization that are also participating in the programme. If more than one person from your organization is enrolled in the programme, each individual must complete a minimum of eight (8) 1:1 meetings. If you are scheduled for less than eight (8) meetings, you are only required to attend the number of meetings we have expressly scheduled for you.
7. Failure to Complete Meetings:
If you do not cancel your complimentary ticket before 24 August, fail to pick up your badge onsite, or do not attend your scheduled meetings, HumanX reserves the right to cancel your event pass for the remainder of the event.
This helps ensure fairness to participating sponsors and allows us to reallocate meeting opportunities to other confirmed participants. Repeated no-shows or lack of communication may also affect eligibility for future programmes and submission to a one-time cancellation fee of two hundred and fifty euros (€250).
8. Cancellation & Substitutes:
If you are approved for the SolutionBridge Programme and become unable to participate, please let us know as soon as possible. We’re happy to consider a qualified substitute from your organization, pending approval by the HumanX team. You may cancel your participation without penalty by 24 August, 2026. After this date, the programme will have launched to participating sponsors to make their meeting selections, so cancellations can create scheduling conflicts. If a cancellation occurs after 24 August and no approved substitute is provided, HumanX will review the situation on a case-by-case basis to keep the programme fair for both sponsors and other participants. Cancellation requests must be received in writing to [email protected]. Any participant canceling without a replacement participant after the programme launch on 25 August may be subject to a one-time cancellation fee of two hundred and fifty euros (€250).
If you (a) are no longer employed by, or (b) become aware prior to the event that you will no longer be employed at the time of the event or after the event by the organization based upon which you were approved to participate in the programme, you must let us know immediately upon your becoming aware so that we can cancel your participation in the programme. Participants must be employed by the organization under which they were approved to remain eligible. Failure to notify us may affect eligibility for future programmes participation at HumanX. At all times, including following the event, we reserve the right to only communicate with you at your work email address regardless of any other email address you may have provided or we may have otherwise used.
9. Credit Card Details:
You agree that you must provide your credit or debit card information to successfully register for the event, and in connection therewith you hereby authorize HumanX (and/or its designated third-party service providers) to process a €1 charge on your credit or debit card as part of your event ticket and SolutionBridge Programme registration. You also hereby authorize us to (i) a one-time cancellation fee of two hundred and fifty euros (€250) to your credit or debit card if you do not complete your scheduled meetings as described in Sections 7 and 8 above.
10. Information Sharing:
HumanX reserves the right to share any information you provide to us with participating sponsors at various stages of the SolutionBridge Programme process. HumanX may share your name, company name, title and email addresses only after the event with those participating sponsors that you met with and/or were scheduled to meet with as part of the SolutionBridge Programme. Furthermore, HumanX is committed to protecting the privacy of its attendees and participants in the programme. We engage Braintree (a service of PayPal, Inc.) to perform credit and debit card payments. By choosing to provide your card information via the Platform, you agree to have your information collected and processed by Braintree pursuant to their privacy terms and terms of use. Accordingly, by participating in the programme and providing us with your information, you represent that you have read, understand and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
11. Super Leaders:
Qualified Leaders who commit to attend twelve (12) 15-minute SolutionBridge meetings onsite at HumanX with participating sponsors will be deemed a Super Leader. In exchange for fulfilling these obligations, Super Leaders will receive a free HumanX ticket plus a €750 travel stipend reimbursement post-event. The 12 meeting minimum is mandatory and all meetings must take place in the SolutionBridge Lounge with participating sponsors in the programme to qualify.
12. Travel Stipend (Super Leaders only):
Super Leaders who commit and attend (12) 15-minute SolutionBridge meetings onsite at HumanX may qualify for a free HumanX ticket plus a €750 travel stipend provided in the form of an e-gift card, post-event. Prior to the event, the HumanX team will confirm the preferred email for e-gift card delivery. Following the event, HumanX will conduct an audit of completed meetings and will email eligible Super Leaders within one (1) month after the event to confirm completion and deliver the e-gift card. Failure to attend the required 12 meetings or complete them in full will result in forfeiture of the travel stipend. E-gift cards are not transferable and have no cash equivalent.
Please Note: Qualification for the SolutionBridge Programme is determined solely by HumanX and may be revoked at any time. By completing registration, you agree to the SolutionBridge Programme Terms & Conditions agreement.
