Luisa Bomke was born in Lippstadt in 1995. After gaining initial journalistic experience in local newsrooms, she studied journalism and public relations at the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences in the Ruhr region from 2015 to 2018. She then worked for three years as press officer for FDP Member of Parliament and finance expert Frank Schäffler, before completing a traineeship at the Georg von Holtzbrinck School for Business Journalists, working for Handelsblatt and Wirtschaftswoche. Since July 2023, she has worked as an AI editor for Handelsblatt.
