BEST PRACTICES
1. Complete your onboarding form so we can add your logo to our website and share your partnership participation with our HumanX community.
2. Use the UTM links provided in your tracker for any promotions. This helps us track engagement and traffic from your marketing efforts. When the UTM links/discount codes are not used in your messaging, we cannot give you credit for your work (or give you a fair shot at the referral competition)!
3. Your personalised 20% discount code gives your community members a steeply-discounted ticket price that can't be found anywhere else. Be sure to include this in your promotions.
4. Keep your marketing deliverable tracker up to date with links to promotions and current dates.

REFERRAL COMPETITION
As a HumanX partner, you can win exclusive rewards for HumanX 2027 by referring attendees.
The top 3 partners with the most registrations using their referral code will win one of the following:
- 10x10 Expo Booth on the 2027 show floor, or
- 5-Minute 2027 Showcase Stage Slot, or
- Moderator role in a curated HumanX 2027 session
How winners are chosen
1st, 2nd and 3rd place are based on the number of registrations using your code. Winners choose their reward in podium order (1st place picks first, then 2nd, then 3rd).
Winners will be announced after HumanX 2026. Rewards are subject to change based on availability.
