Greg previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Compass, Inc., a real estate technology company, from May 2022 to December 2023, and as its Chief Product Officer from April 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, Greg held various leadership positions at Amazon.com, Inc., where he served for 23 years.
