Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of PolyAI, the Agentic Dialog Platform for building the conversational enterprise. PolyAI’s platform is used to build, run, govern, and improve dialog agents by global brands including FedEx, Marriott, Pacific Gas and Electric, and UniCredit. Shawn leads the company’s product, engineering, and research teams. Prior to founding PolyAI, he worked at Google Brain and served on the technology advisory board for IPsoft’s Amelia. He holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
