SolutionBridge Program Guide For Sellers

Program Overview

HumanX presents - SolutionBridge - an AI-driven matchmaking program that serves as a specialized marketplace to optimize your networking experience. This platform enables impactful 15-minute, one-on-one meetings between buyers and sellers at the HumanX event, ensuring maximum value from each interaction. Starting four weeks prior to the event, the SolutionBridge Program will be exclusively accessible to registered buyers and sellers through the HumanX app.

The SolutionBridge Platform utilizes AI-driven recommendations and user-selected meeting preferences to ensure that only the highest quality meetings are efficiently booked by the system. This means you can enjoy productive and valuable interactions without the hassle of manual scheduling, saving you hours of effort and reducing stress.

You won’t need to sift through countless profiles and data fields to find the ideal match. Our HumanX AI-powered matchmaking algorithm handles it all for you. This advanced scoring matrix analyzes and prioritizes buyer profiles based on relevance for auto-booked meetings taking into consideration:

  • Metadata from user profiles provided during registration
  • Interests specified by users when they log into the app
  • Meeting preferences selected by users during the initial program phase

Onboarding & Meeting Reps

  • Sponsor Company Profile: As part of the HumanX Onboarding process, sponsors will receive a welcome email with a link to submit essential information about their company. This includes details such as — company logo, description, website, product categories, target audience. This information will be used to create your company’s matchmaking profile on the SolutionBridge Platform. The company profile is designed to help participating Buyers evaluate whether they would like to meet with your company as part of the program during the event.
  • Deadline to Designate a Meeting Rep: Each sponsor participating in the SolutionBridge Program must designate at least one Meeting Rep by March 6th, 2026 by submitting this SolutionBridge Meeting Rep Form. This designation is critical for creating your user profile and ensuring it is associated with your company profile to gain access to the SolutionBridge Platform in the HumanX app mid-March.
  • Important: The designated Meeting Reps must also register for the HumanX event HERE using either paid or complimentary passes included with your sponsorship.
  • Meeting Rep Access: The Meeting Rep will receive exclusive access to the SolutionBridge platform within the HumanX app. They will be responsible for managing your company’s meeting preferences and schedule as well as receiving program communications and reminders.
  • Multiple Meeting Reps: Companies purchasing more than 25 meetings are required to designate two Meeting Reps. This ensures effective distribution of meetings amongst the company during the designated program time blocks.
  • “Team” Company Profile View: If two Meeting Reps from the same company are linked to the same company profile in the app, they will share access to the “Team” company profile view. This view provides an overview of all pre-scheduled meetings for both Meeting Reps, so you can see the complete meeting schedule for your company.
  • Important: Any registered attendee linked to your company profile can view and attend pre-scheduled Buyer meetings onsite on behalf of your team. However, only designated Meeting Reps will have the ability to select meeting preferences and manage schedules in the app.
  • Ideal Meeting Rep Profile: The HumanX team recommends designating a senior sales leader as your company’s “Meeting Rep”. This individual will get exclusive access to the SolutionBridge program within the HumanX app to manage the pre-scheduled Buyer meetings. If the Meeting Rep requires assistance with managing their profile or meeting preferences in the app, they may share their login with another team member to support on their behalf.
  • Changing your Meeting Rep: If you need to replace your designated Meeting Rep (for example, switching Person A to Person B), please inform the HumanX team as soon as possible by emailing [email protected].
  • Important: Any preferences or confirmed meetings will be lost from the system if the Meeting Rep is changed. This change must be made before entering the Closed Phase of the Program on March 25, 2026 or in the event of an urgent need.

Program Phase 1: Initial

Stage 1: Login & Update Your Profile

Launch: The SolutionBridge Platform will be available on the HumanX event app starting March 10th, exclusively for participants of the SolutionBridge Program. During this phase, program participants can:

  • Log In: Designated Meeting Rep(s) will receive an invitation email to log in. To enable the AI-powered scoring matrix to generate your meeting schedule, your user profile must be active, which means you need to log into the app at least once.
  • Complete Your Profile: Once logged in, you will be prompted to complete your profile by answering a few additional questions. This information will enhance your matchmaking experience, as the AI-powered scoring matrix will use your profile data to recommend relevant buyers for you should meet.
  • Set Availability: It’s crucial to indicate your availability within the designated program times blocks by clicking the ‘Manage My Availability’ under the ‘My Profile’ section of the app. This ensures that all meetings generated by the system align with your available times. Please note that the platform defaults to the event’s local timezone, which is Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) in San Francisco.
  • Note: If your company has purchased 20 meetings but has only designated one Meeting Rep, be aware that the event features 26 total time slots. If the Rep blocks out 6 time slots, only 20 meetings will be generated. Blocking off too much time may limit the number of meetings generated by the system on your behalf.

Stage 2: Make Your Preference Selections

Once logged in, Meeting Reps will have the opportunity to view Buyer profiles and categorize them into three-tiers of preferences:

1. Must Meet

  • This is the highest priority preference, indicating a strong desire to meet the Buyer.
  • If both the Buyer and Seller select “Must Meet”, the algorithm increases the likelihood of scheduling, with a 98% chance the meeting will be booked.

2. Meet

  • This selection indicates that while meeting this Buyer is important, it is not a top priority. It tells the system that you prefer “Must Meet” over this one, if available.

3. No Thanks

  • This option signals that you do not wish to meet this Buyer. If you select “No Thanks”, the system will not arrange a meeting, even if the Buyer expresses a strong desire to meet your company.
  • For instance, if you select “No Thanks” for a Buyer you are already doing business with, you won’t waste a meeting credit on them!

To begin making preference selections, click the navigation menu button “SolutionBridge” to view a list of all Buyers. This native list includes profile cards with details such as name, job title, company, industry, job function and more. You can search by keyword or filter profiles. Additionally, you can click “recommendations” to see a curated list of Buyer profiles that are suggested for you which may help drive further preference selections.

As you review buyer profiles, it is strongly encouraged to make your preference selections to influence the meetings arranged by the system. Your preferences will enhance the meeting generation process - while AI assists, it cannot fully replace the human element completely.

Important: You are not guaranteed meetings with the Buyers you select during the preference phase. If you log in but do not make any preference selections by March 24, the system will still auto-generate meetings on your behalf, but the relevance may be reduced. The system generates meetings based on both profile metadata as well as your input on meeting preferences.

Preference Lists:

  • On the left-side menu bar, you will see lists for “Must Meet”, “Meet” and “No Thanks” along with numbers indicating how many selections you have made versus the maximum allowed for each of the three preference tiers.
  • As a general guideline, HumanX recommends the following preferences selections:

- 5 "Must Meet" (maximum of 15)

- 10 "Meet" (no maximum)

- "No Thanks" (maximum of 15)

  • Note: Both Sellers and Buyers can make preferences on each other’s profiles. Sellers will make preferences on the individual Buyer profiles, while Buyers set preferences on the Seller’s company profile (not the individual).
  • As a participant in this program, your job can be done after logging in and making your preference selections. You can revisit and adjust your preferences anytime while the selection process is open, prior the “closed phase”.
  • Be sure to collaborate with your team members to gather input from your sales team during the preference selection process.

Program Phase 2: Closed

Stage 3: Meetings Are Being Generated
  • During the closed phase, when schedules are being generated, no new participants may join the program while the AI scoring matrix generates meeting schedules on your behalf.
  • Once the preference selection phase has closed, you will no longer adjust your preference selections. You can still log into the app, but you’ll see this message under the “My Schedule” tab: “Recommendations & meeting preferences are now closed - your meetings are currently being scheduled. Sit back and relax while we work on this and we’ll notify you when they are ready

Program Phase 3: Review

Stage 4: Provisional Meeting Schedules Are Published
  • After the algorithm runs, provisional meeting schedules will be generated. You can log back into the platform to review these meetings during a two-week review phase in the “My Schedule” tab of the app.
  • All meetings booked by the system will count towards your company’s total meeting credits. During this hybrid format review phase, Sellers may request to opt-out of any system-booked meetings that are not relevant, especially if the Buyer isn’t a fit. Additionally, you may email HumanX to request a new Buyer meeting in its place (if available) to finalize your schedule. If Sellers do not opt-out or re-schedule meetings by the end of the review period, those meetings will be automatically confirmed and not eligible for a refund.
  • Note: The system books a minimum of 8 meetings for each Buyer as part of the program requirements in exchange for their complimentary ticket to attend HumanX.
  • Note: Participants cannot reschedule or cancel any SolutionBridge system-booked meetings themselves. To change, cancel, or swap a system-generated meeting, please contact the HumanX team by emailing [email protected].

Program Phase 4: Live Networking

Stage 5: Meeting Schedules Finalized

Accessing the Live Phase:

  • The live phase is accessible on both Web and Mobile platforms; whereas the initial and closed are exclusively accessible via Web.
  • Think of it this way: Plan your trip to Italy using Google Maps on your desktop (initial and closed phases), and once you arrive, rely on Google Maps on your mobile device (live phase)!

Important Dates to Remember:

  • All SolutionBridge meeting schedules are finalized by Thursday, April 2nd
  • Onsite SolutionBridge meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, April 7 and Wednesday, April 8 at HumanX, located at assigned tables within the dedicated SolutionBridge Lounge on the E[x]po Floor.

View and Sync Your Schedule:

  • To view your final meeting schedule, click on “My Schedule” and select “Sync Calendar”
  • Use the "Edit" button to choose your preferred calendar option (Google, Outlook or download directly to your mobile device). Remember to click "Save" to ensure your changes are updated automatically.

Automated Reminders:

  • The HumanX team will send program reminders as the event approaches. There is no need to send any reminders or calendar invites to Buyers with whom you have confirmed meetings, as the platform will handle this for you.

Onsite Guidelines: To ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your meeting. You can proceed directly to your assigned table without needing to check-in.
  • Meeting Duration: Each meeting lasts for 15 minutes, and we will quietly monitor attendance. If a participant is not present within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, they will be marked as a no-show.
  • Meeting Preparation: Buyers may not be familiar with your company or offerings, so we recommend preparing the following:

- Clearly communicate your value proposition

- Have any presentations or materials ready to share

- Inform the Buyer of any previous discussions you’ve had

- Prepare to send relevant materials after the meeting

- Allow time for questions

- End with specific next steps and exchange contact info for follow up

Confidentiality Reminder: Buyer Information in the matchmaking platform is confidential. Please refrain from:

1. sharing details outside your organization

2. downloading details (including screenshots and spreadsheets)

3. using the details for any purpose other than specified in the SolutionBridge Program instructions described in our instructions.

  • Violation of these guidelines will result in immediate removal from the program without a refund and you will be ineligible for future participation.
  • You are not permitted to reach out to these individuals outside of the program based on their indicated interest in the SolutionBridge Program.

Contact Information Policy:

  • To be compliant with security and privacy regulations, contact details for participating Buyers will only be shared if you have a confirmed meeting.
  • The purpose of these meetings is to facilitate a 1:1 introductory meeting for the Buyer and Seller to explore potential synergies. If there is a mutual interest in future discussions, the goal is for both sides to exchange contact information during your meeting or through the in-app messaging feature.

Program Phase 5: Post-Event

Feedback Collection:

  • Following the conclusion of HumanX, we invite Sellers participating in SolutionBridge to share their experiences by providing feedback on both the overall program and individual meetings. Buyers will also have the opportunity to offer feedback as well.

Meeting Credit Policy:

  • In the event that a Buyer withdraws from the program or a scheduled meeting, we will make every effort to facilitate a replacement meeting as follows:
  • The HumanX SolutionBridge concierge will reach out to assist you in replacing your meeting with another Buyer (if available). You will receive an email regarding the cancellation and the potential new Buyer meeting.
  • If we cannot find a replacement to replace the canceled meeting, you may be eligible for meeting credits to be applied toward a future event.

Important to Note:

  • Please be aware that it is impossible to absolutely guarantee that the total number of meetings purchased by your company will be fulfilled by the system. The auto-scheduler will arrange all meetings purchased by sponsoring companies only if conditions within the event allow it to do so. Since scheduling depends on multiple variables, including calendar availability, we cannot ensure:

1. That the Buyers you selected during the preference phase will be scheduled

2. That you will be confirmed for the total number of meetings your company has purchased.

  • For instance, if too many participants select “No Thanks” and block off significant time slots in their schedules, it may limit our ability to fulfill your meeting preference selections. If it is possible to schedule all meetings, the system will do so.
  • For any meetings that remain unfulfilled, HumanX will typically provide credit towards a future event during the post-event reconciliation process. Credit transfers are at the discretion of the HumanX team and these decisions will be based on your activity on the platform.

Please note:

  • Sponsors who 1. designate their Meeting Rep late (after March 10, 2026) or 2. log into the platform late (after March 24, 2026) will not be eligible for meeting credits.
  • Meeting credits will not be considered for sponsorship contracts entered into after the platform launches on March 10th, 2026.
  • Meeting credits will also not apply to Meeting Reps who have not made meeting preference selections during the initial phase of the program.
  • If you wish to request meeting credits, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days following the HumanX event. Please note that requests will not be processed after May 8, 2026.
