Kara Sprague is the CEO of HackerOne, a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). Prior to HackerOne, Kara served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer at F5 where she led several enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to enable the company to adapt to changing market conditions and disruptive market forces. Kara received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science as well as her master’s degree in Technology and Public Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
