Going forward, AI-powered software will glean those insights, use agents to generate customized content, and proactively make updates that streamline the workflow.



AI’s Next Leap is Expanding Beyond Text

Expect marginal gains for large language models in 2025. The step-function increase for AI software will instead come from integrating nuance and unspoken signals. When we integrate reactions (engagement, sentiment, timing, and other nonverbal cues) to the spoken word, it delivers context to the workspace. That context, and the quality of AI software understanding,will skyrocket. 



Multiplayer will Accelerate the Adoption of Workplace AI

AI today is single player, like ChatGPT, where it's just you and the AI. When you add more people it introduces expanded content and learnings, allowing the AI to naturally improve at a much quicker pace. With multiplayer, people decide what content to share, and with whom (whether they be colleagues, teams, agencies, the entire company). In this new world, each player manages their data, with determinations on privacy and other controls that are easily personalized. Knowledge is portable, but each person will choose what to share and what to keep for themselves.



AI Becomes Your Workplace Influencer

What TikTok and Reels does for general content, AI will do for your worklife. Your AI will act as a personalized influencer enabling content discovery, a step-function improvement on chat and voice and the user interface for AI. Even before you ask the question, the content will be delivered to your inbox. Similarly to how we moved from nascent technologies like Ask Jeeves to Google Search and dynamic social platforms, discoveries about your own work life are knocking at your doorstep.
