Michelle Gonzalez is Corporate Vice President and Global Head of M12, Microsoft’s Venture Capital Fund, where she leads global investment strategy, research, portfolio development, marketing, and business management. Previously, she led Google’s Area 120 incubator and held senior roles at IBM Ventures, Comcast Ventures, and Apple. She currently serves on the boards of SpyCloud, Databook, and TaskUs (NASDAQ: TASK), and as a board observer at Evisort and GrowthSpace. A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech and venture capital, Michelle has served on Google’s Latinx Leadership Council and co-founded the Influencer Series, a Silicon Valley roundtable connecting minority entrepreneurs with the venture community.
